WOW, I ate on 5 lbs. these past three days. :( Cupcakes, celebrations cake, bread, bread and sauces did a number on the scale. I enjoyed, because I choose to eat what I ate and now I'm choosing to get back on my meal plan. I hate I have to re-lose 5 lbs., but that's the way the scale needle bounces when one over eats. :) I'm fasting today and will start my LCHF meal plan on Monday.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 8.8 lb a week

That is the way the cookie crumbles. No reason to regret it. You had a good time and now you are going back to normal

It's mostly water weight that will drop again after you get low carb going.
