TGIF!!! It"s. a beautiful day and I feel GREAT!!! Stress: None. Energy: Good. Workout: 60 min. spinning and 30min. Zumba
Cooking three days worth of meals. planning keeps me on point.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
