I'm working on staying on plan. So far eating is good. Workout: 60 min. Bodypump. Stress lev. Light. Energy: Good
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the good work! If you are doing all the right things, the scale will get the hint and realize it is going in the wrong direction. Perhaps you should go back to weighing more frequently. A 10-day gap between weigh-ins may be why it snuck up on you.
