Half fast day. It will be 21 hours before I break it this evening. I find it so much easier to toss a day's calories, or the calories from a couple of meal than keeping steady low calories.

I think am going from dinner Tuesday to dinner tonight, Wednesday. Just my bulletproof coffee, water, and green tea. Hope that counts as a fast!
|
That's not bad HCB, as long as you're not having too much fat in that coffee. ;)

Half-fast is good, especially if you are getting the results you want.

That is a great term for what I am doing in my eating. I have been calling it "fasting for me" which is essentially trying to stay under 1200 a day. My normal self would eat a lot more. So know I can say I am trying to have "half fast" days as much as possible.
