Trying to let go of as much holiday craziness as possible so I can keep up. Not really gaining so I am actually pleased considering. The gabantin is making me nauseous so thats probably helping lol.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
