Nach vier Wochen Pause vom Gerätezirkel erinnert sich der Körper tatsächlich immer noch an die Muskeln :-)
Und ich werde daran erinnert, regelmäßig Sport zu machen.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
