Again, counting takes the mystery out of my endeavors! Chinese food buffet = not a good diet plan! Lol! Gotta plan ahead!

My friend came in from San Diego today with her cousin - we will be sight-seeing this afternoon and then out to dinner. Then BF wants to go to the drive-in movies. Seeing as I have to put together a bed and wash all the floors by 11, I better get going, I have a busy day ahead.

161.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
