Awful week. Had a cold all week and didn’t go to the gym. First weigh in a few weeks. I got to do better at eating healthy.
266.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's easy to slip back into old habits when you are feeling ill or get super busy and your focus goes elsewhere. The great thing is, you are on top of it again, time to focus on you and your goals.

Hang in there. I’m finding the secret is to get back on track quickly when I get derailed by injuries/sickness or eating bad.
