I have no excuse. I gave up on myself
364.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

If you had totally given up you would not be here. We all feel that way at one time or another. Just remember to get up more times than you fall down. It may not seem like much, but you have lost before and you're still down about 6 pounds from your starting weight. You can do it... don't give up... You may need to check out a different diet plan... I have tried tons of plans but the Atkins really works if you stick with it. We're rooting for you...

Tomorrow is a new day! Wake up in the right mindset... I agree with Dboza. I have tried way more diets than I'd like to admit, and Atkins is seriously the only one that works for me.
