Well finally; I'm in the losing zone. I've been mistaken, my toe / foot is not healing so well and it's getting in the way of my cardio and exercise! I have to stay on track but how?

Congrats on losing again, any drop is always a good thing. Maybe there's some lower intensity exercises you can still do with your foot healing?

IMHO heal up which may mean eating enough to recover and heal and once you are healed up move back in a deficit zone. Always plan some rest/recovery days to avoid overuse injuries. Don't give up. Take care of yourself.

If you can find some lower impact exercises to do that may help. You need to stay off the foot, at least somewhat until it heals. I've had those aches and pains before too and they got to a point that I couldn't exercise at all, so I didn't, but amazingly the ache went away and I felt better, then got back to the exercise gradually and didn't push myself until it hurt. Sometimes the best thing you can do is get some rest or slow down a little until you're healed.

Good for you on your weight loss! Sorry about your foot. What does your doctor say about it?
