Gained AGAIN! Big time this time. Up .8! That's two big gains in 2 days. Pork rinds are OUT! Ate them to get rid of them. How stupid was that. But at least they are gone and out of my head. I don't really think they are what caused the problem. They have protein in them and they are a good snack. But I'm getting rid of them anyway. Took 2 more doses of Miralax. NOTHING so far.

No sleep again from 12 to 3. Walked 150 rounds on the walkway. I added 25. I know I slept enough (From 7am to 4:30pm) This is not turning out well at all. I'm watching what I eat. And exercising more than I have for a very, very long time. Still having bathroom issues but that is a lot to gain over that. I'm about ready to take a bunch of pills and get it over with.

Walked 20 rounds at the school. It felt better. I didn't seem to be as dragged out. 7:34 to 8:36.

Finished eating all the pork rinds. They are out of my foods now. So back to more full liquids instead. Took a bunch of laxative pills. Of course, you knew I would. Took 4 25mg pills. If this doesn't work then I'll have to go to the hospital because there will be something seriously wrong.

When I think about it for a long time I think I'm going to give up. But then I think even if I'm not losing at least I'm doing something positive. Going in the right direction. (I HOPE) So I will see what happens over the next couple of days.

The Fair starts tomorrow. I think I will spend the day walking around and looking at pigs and cows. LOL

Thank you everyone for all your wonderful comments. I've been so worked up with all of this stuff. I have neglected to show my appreciation. I want you to know that you are helping to keep my head up. Thank you so so much.

Armband says I will reach my goal on August 9. I'm losing 1.93 lbs per week. So that puts me a month behind now.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
