192.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Walked 75 rounds on the walkway this morning. from 5:20 to 5:26. Not quite as long as i wanted. I think I'm going to go with 100 rounds. That way it will be at least half an hour long. Will do early in the morning after first bit of swag is done. My goal is to walk 20 rounds at the school. Added Greek yogurt to my food. Add 12g of protein per cup. Also added some CoCo Wheats for fiber. Hopefully it will help with constipation. Will know in a few days. If the coconut oil and the cereal helps. Walked with my ipod. I think I walked faster. 20 rounds from 5:27 to 6:21 by the DQ clock. We'll see how that works out. Feel good so far. I'm afraid of being really sore and stiff tomorrow. But determined to get up and walk. Have to do something to get this going. Not doing well. Wanted to be further along than this. Will keep pushing along.
