Down a pound - which didn't seem like that much until I actually started considering how hard I've been trying to get back on track. I'm hoping I can continue this trend with some new purchases at the store and help from all of you!

Today's Food Intake:
900 - Cantaloupe
930 - Interval Work-Out
1100 - Pineapple and Rice Chex
200 - Strawberries
300 - Life Cereal and Lite Greek Yogurt
600 - Peanut Butter and Jelly
800 - Watermelon Candies
930 - Homemade Popcorn (just added a little salt)
1000 - Small Pudding Cup

Total: 1,428

I really love adding fruit to my diet - it keeps me fuller and I can eat it throughout the day without too many additional calories added. Now if I could just find a love for vegetables...
135.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
