Didn't go to sleep until 8:30am. Slept until almost 6:30. DH and I went grocery shopping, I walked around for about an hour. Of course, I had to stop and start to get the things we needed. Went to Sam's Club. Extra walking in there. Saturday will be my official weigh in day. Even though it's only been 4 days, I went ahead a weighed. I lost a lot of water. My feet aren't swollen anymore. So glad about that. They were hurting something terrible.

I found Dr. Oz's Fat Flush Water. I am using it for my water. DH and I just cut up the cucumber, grapefruit, mint and tangerines that go into that. My water is all ready for the rest of the night and especially for tomorrow. Replenished my protein powder. Now I have the correct nutritional values for that. Changing my entries from earlier in the week. I was going by the container that I put my powder in. It is not the powder I use.

Feeling better. I can't believe I went down as much as I did. Even if it is water. Going to remain on full liquids. I'm going to add in one of my favorites. Greek yogurt and raspberries. Also tomato soup and maybe some fat free cream of chicken soup.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
