2827 kcal Fat: 60.06g | Prot: 238.63g | Carb: 350.11g.   Breakfast: almonds, Crosby's, SHeet of seaweed, whey phase, Baby Spinach, Dried Whole Sesame Seeds, kale, turmeric, cinnamon, raisins, flax, Quinoa , banana. Lunch: egg whites, bell pepper, Onion, broccoli, tomato. Dinner: broccoli, brown rice, chicken breast, asparagus. Snacks/Other: Greek Yogurt Plain, sweet potatoes, garlic, BodyBuilding Casein Cookies and Cream, whey phase,  Vitargo, green tea, almonds, lemon. more...
