today I weighed in at 186.2. I have been sticking to 1200 calories or less a day since I don't get much exercise. since my back surgery I'm limited to what I can do especially first thing in the morning. I walk my dog which isn't much but at least I'm not sitting all day.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
