I am on the Bonneville Salt Flats of weight loss.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know it sounds odd given your typically active lifestyle, but just committing to an additional half hour of aerobic activity each day will likely tip the scale back toward the weight loss you want. I, too, spend many hours a day in front of a computer screen and I now get up every hour and walk a little bit (at least 5 minutes). It really helps. Congratulations on your weight loss thus far and good luck racing through (and off!) the flats!
