The sky, dull, galvanized and cold, makes rumor of snow. I bottled 6 gallons of home made ale yesterday and drank too much of it. Aff. My brain hurts. Hopefully some of Changs 5 minute torture sessions will expunge the remaining effects.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
