Bright and sunny, and I was up with the birds this morning. Full day ahead of me. Sleeping and feeling great. Actually found myself feeling excited the day of rest was over so I could get back to work.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
