Bright sun and again this uncanny stillness. It's warm enough at 7C that I may be able to get another tree in today. Rest day today, the scale moved down a pound.

Today is my one month anniversary of joining Fatsecret and the start of my current weight loss regimen. I'm happy with the site because it's very convenient and it's easy to organize weight, activity and food data. It's also a great motivation tool; I like logging in and watching my progress. I've lost 11kg (25lbs) in my first month.

If my body is able to withstand the regimen for another month and a half, I'll have achieved my goal weight by February or two and a half months.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
