Long blue December shadows, like they're painted on the landscape in stripes; the land is drying out after two days of wet weather. Glad for the prospect of outside work today. The scale moved down on cue. manipulating the carbohydrate intake above or below 50 grams is like flipping a switch for me.

The 5 minute workouts popularized by Mike Change are totally kicking my ass. OMG =D I love it.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
