The eaves mutter to the patter of a small wooly rain this morning. Hope bubbles and gutters in the downspout music, it'llclearit'llclearit'llclear. I hope so, I have many miles to go before I sleep. The theoretical correlation between the low carb prescription and the weight loss trigger seems to be gaining substance; a 3 pound weight loss in two days appears to be good evidence.

Onward and downward!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
