It's cold and snowing today. The snow is accumulating in low areas and on hard surfaces. The small flakes falling might remind one of a well shook snow globe. Slept 9.5 hours. No outdoor activity today.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
