Very surprised that the scale has decided to camp out at 215lbs for the past four days despite the massive calorie burn yesterday. I thought that would knock it off dead center.

Slept well for 9 hours. Too cold to work outside today, so I will catch up on the housework.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
