Slept 10 hours last night. I woke feeling rested and refreshed. Big day ahead with a lot of housework, cooking and entertaining. Glad to see the scale moving again.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
