Slept well for 8.5 hours last night, but woke a little stiff in the shoulders from the stumping yesterday I think. Surprised to see no weight loss indicated on the scale this morning.

I decided to take it easy today after bike riding. I am just tired, that's the long and short of it. I think my body needs some rest. I'll get some long overdue cleaning and organizing done, and start on the cooking for tomorrow, and that will be it. A personal sabbath.

I ordered a container of protein drink mix this afternoon to raise my protein intake; the carbohydrates will go through the roof if I try to raise my protein levels with my plant-based diet. I think the activity level at which I'm performing requires more protein than I'm getting.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
