Lisa Hahn's Journal, 01 May 2017

I am thankful that I had a nap yesterday. It helped me get up early today for a good run and a good swim. My legs felt heavy but it still felt good to do one of my fav workouts...run then swim. I am thankful that today is warm but not as hot as the weekend was. I am thankful for the yummy bacon I had for breakfast. Seemed even better than normal today. I am thankful for a safe place to run early early in the morning. I am thankful for a desk in front of the sunshine. I am thankful for cornerstone radio. I am thankful for a local place to have my bike checked and worked on. I am thankful for health.
