Was feeling a little puny when I went to bed last night. Got up with a scratchy throat and sinuses clogged. Did the sinus rinse thing and decided to stay home and try to kick this thing before it got a real foothold. Weight stayed the same, but since I wasn't a very good boy last night, I am content, if not ecstatic! The plan is to actually up the intensity of my workout tomorrow morning. I don't want any setbacks. I have to make the decision on whether to push it tomorrow - regardless of how I feel - or not. Ah, what's the big deal? I can either feel like the walking dead - or the jogging dead. LOL.
