I am thrilled to see the 170's. I must've stepped on the scale 5 times. I have eaten carb nada egg noodles with butter, low carb bread grilled cheese sandwiches and carbquik cheddar biscuits and still lost weight? Awesome!

That's great. It's nice to read someone is using those products and loosing. When I use them I kinda feel guilty. If you come up with your own recipes for carbquick please mail them to me.

WTG, Lady! I'm not due to step on scale till I finish my 4 week Waist Watchers Challenge. So far the only 3 things I've lost are mid-section inch, appetite & 20 down on systolic BP. BUT it's a healthty loss!
