Woke at 213.4, down 1.2 from yesterday and the same as my post workout weight last night. Had a medical procedure at noon. Dr. said no treadmill. So no major calorie deficit today! Had a nice meat lover's omelette after my procedure so lots of good fats and protein. Did not weigh in later. Modest dinner but got into the nuts for snacks and hit my daily calorie goal.
