Don't panic! I'm still at the same weight as yesterday. I'm resetting my diet goal and bumping to a higher weight so that tomorrows weigh in will have me somewhere in the orange or yellow. Red is annoying and I'm not shooting for weight loss right now but rather maintenance. I've got to admit - 2500 to 2700 calories per day is awfully nice. Paydirt!

Your "I'm a puddle on the floor. It was awesome." is reminiscent of FSer lettygaylor's recent commentary on her last 5K -- "I was sure I was going to throw up . . . it was one of the best times I've had in a long time." Getting to enjoy 2500+ cals/day IS paydirt!
