Hi Friends..... Sorry :( my weight is increased . i was busy in arranging my brothers marriage . all the functions went so nicely... but my weight...... increased toooo much .... now i have started a soup diet plan. shared with you as a challenge.. so Pray for me to lose that weight fast....

i am doing jillian micheals 30 days shred level 2 and 3 both. and treadmill for 30-35 minutes and walk in the evening .
