That works. The highs are starting to get lower. Works for me.
185.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Blame it on the beard!!! My hair is halfway down my back, I keep telling myself that if I cut it off I'd weigh 20lbs less lol...no worries, you got this!
