This is so annoying; I was losing a little every day and today boom my weight goes up! ugh! I did have 1/2 slice of pizza yesterday and I was at a wedding . . . but I didn't eat THAT much!

mmm pizza. It's ok, maybe the cheese has not made it's way out the other end yet. ;)

I order my pizza without cheese. Sauce, green pepper, black olive and onion on thin crust.

It may be just a temporary rebound, don't get too worried about a daily fluctuation, you can fix it.

Probably just water weight but not to worry. Things like that are temporary.

Yeah, take the long view. If those cpl lbs stay around for a week, then do something diff. Otherwise, did you enjoy the pizza, the people and the wedding? Then maybe this is a small price to pay for a beautiful memory.

Mine does that too! Pisses me off. Lol. (in my case is usually because I i had gluten or dairy).

Did you have a few glasses of wine at the wedding ? with me that's puts it on big time, but don't panic bet by mon it will be all gone
