I completed a 3 day cleanse then went right into a new challenge. I started the 7 day cleanse challenge early, I'm on day 4 now ( Banana Day ) it has been by far the hardest day. I have only dropped 3 lbs. so far, but that's better than nothing. Looking forward to ( Where's the beef ) Day 5.
My wife and both daughters are doing it with me.
