Why is it that my blood sugar and weight are not improving? A few more pounds to -50!!! I am feeling a little discouraged by the lack of weight loss; I have to remind myself that my appearance and tone and size are improving . .. . .

I find that grains are my biggest weight loss and BG nemesis. Grains act worse than sugar as soon as they are digested, resulting in increased insulin which stops fat burning and initiates fat storage.
