The past 4 months have been really bad for me. I got a job I thought was going to be a good one, but I sit and watch movies my whole shift more than anything. This has caused me to start gaining weight. My legs and feet swell up almost every shift now.
I have started my veggie diet again today. Hopefully this will help get my weight back down.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well watching movies is fun, but you can also start doing other things to help yourself. If there is no one around, you can do lunges and squats. Do some stretching! Dance around to music! Slap on a pedometer and walk around every 10 minutes or so. You can make a game of it and see how many steps you can take while on your shift. Get some fitness magazines and read them or some health books. Becks Diet Solution is a book to help you change your behaviors and the way you think about food. Get a cooler and bring healthy options to work. Lot's of things you can do to make changes and get healthy. Good luck!
