Excellent 1 1/2 hours of lifting today. Heavier weights and higher reps. It's amazing what your body will do for you when it gets a couple hundred calories over maintenance instead of being 600, 700, or 1000 calories below. Booyah! ( ow )

Actually, part of that is angst and frustration over something I have no control over, and is really none of my business. That can focus you to hit it hard as well.

Glad you have an outlet for your frustration. Maybe I should ask for a punching bag for Christmas - people around me would be safer then.

I use exercise as a means of release and an anti-depressant. Blaring a little music along with that goes a long way for relief.
