Some days you got it, some days you don't. Had another nightmare last night that was so real I woke up and was startled for several minutes and took awhile to go back to sleep. I'm over it!!! Hoping for a restful night tonight. On a good note I have really been doing well with my eating and exercise and feel good about it. =)
