Losing weight has always been a struggle for me. When I was younger, if I do not see immediate results with whatever new diet I just tried, I'd lose my drive and go back to my old habits.
With this app, I get to monitor and see my progress and feel good about it! I can also check the kcal and other nutritional facts of the food that I am about (or decide not to) eat. I'm on day 3 and I am looking forward to my continuous progress and weigh in after a month!
