Up to 213.5 for a morning weigh in after the Thursday holiday party and happy hour. Ate 1190 calories yesterday but no workout. Will do a morning workout in a few and then weigh in again. Might take a pound off.
212.9 lb Lost so far: 112.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
