So after Ultrasounds and blood work and check ups my Dr. diagnosed me with Adenomyosis.
Adenomyosis (pronounced A - den - oh - my - oh - sis) is a medical condition characterized by the presence of ectopic glandular tissue found in muscle. Basically my Uterus muscles are growing into my Uterus.
SO now that I know what I have going on I can deal with it and move on and keep working on getting my weight down!
Started working out at the YMCA today! Felt great!!!
