Another question: Can anyone recommend an online glycemic index for veggies??? Help!

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 November 2013:
948 kcal Fat: 41.05g | Prot: 86.34g | Carb: 61.69g.   Breakfast: Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Damascus Bakeries Flax Roll-Ups, Tnuva Cheese Bites. Lunch: Cooked Lentils (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Canola Vegetable Oil. Dinner: Olive Oil, Chicken Breast, Trader Joe's Hass Avocado. Snacks/Other: Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Siggi's Icelandic Style Skyr Non-fat Yogurt - Peach, Damascus Bakeries Flax Roll-Ups, Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), R.W.
