Tournament went well, we won! I found it very difficult to keep track of my diet over the busy weekend. I did my best until Sunday, when we decided to have our first real cheat meal. Mexican food! Ole! I had a couple servings of tortilla chips and three taco shells. Other than that, I was pretty good. I am currently up three pounds from last Friday which is a combination of overeating/drinking over the weekend, lack of exercise last wed-mon. I will do better this week. I’m not too worried about it. As another very smart person said on here the other day, its a marathon not a sprint. :-)

Awesome! Great job on the tourny, and don't worry about the bad diet. A litle cheat goes a long way with losing the weight! (^:

WOW! Good job on the win. I know you must have had a great time. I also know that you will get back to doing wonderfully on the food. The way I know this is that you came back to your journal. They seem to go hand in hand. At least for me they do and from what I can tell I am not alone with that.

You are correct alexzwk! They do go hand in hand! I was still recording my food, I just didn’t have time to write a meaningful journal entry. Still dont actually. LOL Thanks for the comments guys! Hopefully things will calm down and I can give my FS friends the attention they deserve!

Congratulations on the tournament win!! No worries on the journaling either. I haven;t posted one in a few days myself. That cheat day is a good thing to do. I think it helps keep you on track better than total denial. That little bit of calories you can go over for one day will not magically put the weight back on!! Keep up the great work!
