I tried two different ways to get to work today and both were flooded so I just stayed home. Good thing is I was able to take the dog on a walk/run. Today is the first time I have run in at least 15 years. Although it was much more walking than running, but I did run and get my heartrate way up. And guess what, to my surprise, I survived! LOL Maybe with my new work schedule starting next week, and me getting home an hour earlier, I may be able to make more run/walks with the dog (Kota). It felt good, and I know the dog enjoyed it because he is actually calm right now. :)
