Continuing with suppliments today, ALA 600mg, CoQ-10 150mg and Mens's one a day muti-vit.
I am going to wean off the rest of my perscriptions over the next couple of weeks. Two weeks ago I went down to 25mg (from 50mg) of my metoprolol and my blood pressure has never been lower. 105/71 this morning. It has never been this low since I can remember.
Now I am going to do every other night of my 40mg Simvastatin and the remaining 25mg metoprolol. When I go back to the doc in 5 months I want to be off all of my meds so I can give them a true picture of my current heealth.
I also gained three pounds since my last weigh in, not sure why, maybe it was the hot dog I ate for suppper. Processed foods bad. It has 2g sugar and 2 carbs. How does meat have carbs? It's not all meat, thats how!
