Golden! I am more golden this morning than a Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Biscuit. 234.0 lbs. Down 3.0 from last week. It makes giving up that pizza yesterday a worthwhile sacrifice. I'd like to thank DW for not cooking for an army this last week. And I would be remiss if I didn't thank Jillian for making me climb all those hills. Actually, I am surprised that this workout has transitioned slowly to build a good base.

I am still scurrying to get everything done that I have to get done in one day. Just imagine me as a big squirrel scurrying. Perhaps you'd rather not. Come to think of it, it's a hard image for me to contemplate as well.

DW mentioned that we ought to do a little more riding in the near future. Duh! It's been like on hold for the past year. Hello! She said she has to get her toe operated on June 14 (I think). Some kind of hammer toe thing going on. She probably can't get a toe ring on. :) Always something.

Anyway, the birds are happy, I'm happy, and DW is almost happy. Everyone have a great and glorious day! Toodles!
