I woke at 220.0, up 2.2 after eating a lot of bulk last night. Business lunches on Monday and Tuesday. Wish me luck! UPDATE: Despite a delicious burger and salad at lunch today, I came home at 218.8. Roasted chicken and green beans for dinner. Hit the protein macro and OK on fat and carbs.
