10 stone 3lb in English money. Could be worse - 89 days since my last weigh in!Christmas happened but more telling (in my opinion) a big relax in my carb consumption! Had my eye off the ball but back to tracking my food religiously, cutting the carbs and regular weigh ins! 🎄🎅🏻🎄⭐️
