It's Monday again so it must be time to weigh in. Woo! Made it in the 220's ... just barely... but I'm here! Great way to start the week! I hope yours all go as well. Enjoy!
229.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
